I’ve lived in the grange Allison apts for a few years now and would highly recommend them. They’re spacious, reasonably priced in a wonderful neighborhood!

We have lived at Grange/Allison since this summer and have really enjoyed so much about the complex. The setting is a short distance away from great shopping, a beautiful lakefront, an international airport, and a nice downtown. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the inside halls and basement is kept clean. We also love the spacious layout of our apartment. Highly recommend!

I recently moved away from Ohio for the first time in my life to settle in Cudahy. It was stressful and a little scary, but finding my apartment here at Grange/Allison made the whole experience worth it. I wasn’t able to view the apartment before signing my lease due to the distance, but I’m so glad I just took the chance because it was more than I could have hoped for. Maintenance is fast and always there to help, all my neighbors are respectful and friendly and I really do feel like I’ve made this place my home. I would recommend Glenco properties to anyone and I’m forever thankful I made the leap to find my new home here.

We have been living here for about two years. We are extremely satisfied with our apartment. It is very spacious and affordable. We pay a lot less than nearby apartments. The maintenance crew are friendly and greet us every time they see us. The maintenance crew works hard ensuring snow is taken care of in a timely manner. Neighbors are very friendly even returning packages when delivered to the wrong address. The area is extremely safe. I love that no one can access our building without a key. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place!

There is another thing I like best about Grange/Allison is how peaceful it is. Everyone is respectful of there neighbors. You don't hear banging, screaming, or loud music. You can sleep in on the weekend if you want or go to bed early with no worries. Everyone is friendly too.

Another thing I like best about Grange/Allison is the spacious bathroom and open concept kitchen! I can be in the bathroom with my daughter and not feel like we are crowding each other's space. It's the same thing for the kitchen, I love the open concept it makes it feel way bigger. They are both beautifully updated.

My favorite thing about Grange/Allison apartments is the amount of storage space! There is storage space in the bathroom, under the sink, two different options outside the bathroom, in the living, and nice spacious closets! There is also a great size storage area in the basement! I love all the storage space!

Just moved in this summer and so far very happy with my choice. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Glencoe staff very friendly and responsive to any concerns. They are very organized in their maintenance and updating of the apartments and grounds. Must have good wall insulation as don't hear much from the neighbors.

We lived in Grange Allison for a little over two years and it was a great place to live. It was large and updated. The staff were nice and helpful. Great location too. It was definitely a little emotional having to leave. We bought a house now but I would not hesitate to return to these apartments if need be.

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I like it alot here, any time I have called for a repair its been done the next day. Pretty friendly neighbors, I've never had any issues. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of stores in biking distance.
