Elliott Arms is a great building to live in. It's comfortable, quiet, and safe. When I first moved in, my apartment was incredibly clean. I could not find so much as a speck of dust in it. The carpeting was spotless. The cabinets are new and modern. It has nice, large windows for ample natural light. The apartments on the top floors have a stunning view of the surrounding area. Each apartment also gets a sizable storage unit in the basement. Thor, the property manager, is very nice and responsive to questions and concerns. He addresses tenants' problems in a super timely manner. I love my apartment in Elliott Arms and feel very fortunate to live here!

I retired and sold my country home to move to La Crosse to be closer to friends and find a smaller home in town. Temporarily rented a one bedroom at Elliott Arms. Four years later, I am still here. I realized Elliott Arms has everything I need: lots of friendly in-house neighbors; a clean, safe environment only a few walkable blocks from grocery shopping, downtown La Crosse, the Mississippi River, and bike trails; plus attentive and capable management. Who knew downsizing could be so painless!!!

I have lived at Elliott Arms for over 6 years. What keeps me here is the amazing staff and the care they put into the building. From doing preemptive repairs and maintenance to timely responses to any issues, the staff take the time to do the work right and to try to make living here as easy as possible. As a long time resident of Elliott Arms I am thankful for the attention to detail that the staff and management put in to making this a wonderful place to call home. The building is well cared for inside and out with timely upgrades and the on-call maintenance is excellent. Having a secure and inviting lobby with indoor mail and package delivery is greatly appreciated. All of this and more is reflected in the kindness and consideration of the wide range of people that have lived here over the years. It shows that taking care of the physical structure of this little community helps take care of the social structure. Thank you.

Elliott Arms is a great building to live in. It's safe and secure, and it's a short walk from downtown. The best thing about it, though, is how quiet all the tenants are. I've never heard a loud party or obnoxious neighbors. The building as a whole is very clean. I was surprised just how often I would see the maintenance staff outside working on the grounds or cleaning the hallways. I recommend Elliott Arms to all of my friends when they're searching for a new apartment.

Building is well-cared for with clean, vacuumed hallways and entries. The landscaping crew keeps outside grounds always looking good and when winter comes our walks are safe and shoveled. Free heat keeps us cozy and warm. Thor, our manager, immediately gets any problems fixed. Quiet and safe place to be.

I think what I love the most about Elliott Arms is Thor – our maintenance-supervisor guy. He attends to problems quickly with professionalism and skill. If he can’t fix it, he finds the professional that can. I have lived in many rentals and worked for many management companies, and he makes them all look like amateurs. I like that the place is always kept clean – from the laundry room to the hallways to the elevators. The fact that it has secure entrances and is quiet, helps me sleep at night. Knowing that they require criminal background checks gives me peace of mind and makes me feel comfortable saying hello to any resident I encounter. I always feel comfortable in my apartment and look forward to coming home after a long days’ work. I think it’s a good value for the money. Beth

After living here for about six months, I couldn't be happier. The building is older but is maintained extremely well. The property stays clean on the inside and out. I've been happy with my experience living here so far and I don't imagine that will change anytime soon.

When I downsized a few years ago I knew that I wanted to live here, and it has lived up to all of my expectations. Great building, neighborhood, and management. They are very good at communicating with the tenants if any work is being done, and all issues are attended to promptly and professionally. Very clean and well maintained. It has security and good amenities. Walkable to parks, library, farmers market and downtown (also on a good bus line.) I love living here.
