I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! I love how private and quiet it is in my building complex. I love the wide opened living room, along with wood floors and the bathroom is awesome! Somebody is always there to answer my call and maintenance comes the day of or the next day! Love the laundrey facility in basement, so convenient. The only change I wish was made was to allow small dogs into the complex. However I’m not sure if they could manage that. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to a family/friend!

I have been here since April and when I was looking for an apartment I mentioned to a friend of mine that I had an appointment at Grange/Allison Apartments. She said "you don't want to live there, those apartments are so old". I am so glad I didn't listen to her. I went to see about 5 other apartments and all of them were more expensive but not as nice as mine. I love it here! It is quiet, clean and well maintained. I have never had a landlord so attentive and ladies in the office are always friendly. I will stay here until I move out of the state.

We moved in not long ago, and we already feel very at home. The neighborhood is peaceful, the buildings are quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff is very helpful! Although we previously thought we would only be staying in this location for the duration of our first lease, we do not think we will be able to part so soon. The location is perfect and the apartment is lovely.

There is a very peaceful vibe about this place. This is only our second year being here but it’s the only place our little guy knows as home. I feel safe and secure here knowing they test fire alarms and warn you about anything that might be happening. Any time we’ve had a problem all we had to do was call or email and things would get taken care of. This is a great family friendly place and am glad to call it home.

Never had to follow up for any service request. Staff is friendly and reliable. Routine maintenance activities throughout the year ensures quality living standards both inside and around the building. The location has a peaceful environment that adds to other factors. I'd like to live here as long as I am in this region. For the staff - Keep up the good work !!

I LOVE Grange/Allison! My roommate and I have renewed for our second year and will probably renew for more! The upkeep is impeccable, residents are always informed of maintenance being performed in or around the building, and the staff is always willing to answer any questions. I tell all of my friends about Grange/Allison. :)
